You're looking at your future and thinking...
I've got far too much life left to live.
You want to understand your body. You want to know what you can actually do to support your health, work alongside your medical treatment and reduce the risks within your control.
Because whether you're fighting cancer right now or rebuilding your life afterwards, you refuse to let fear make your decisions.
You know you can't control everything. But you're ready to take action on the things you can.
What If You Knew Exactly How To Support Your Health From Here?
Your Diagnosis Doesn't Mean You Have To Feel Powerless.
You can't control everything that happens to your health. But there are things you can influence. Understanding nutrition, movement, sleep and lifestyle factors gives you the opportunity to take meaningful action, whether you're currently undergoing treatment or have finished.
You Deserve Answers, Not Another Google Rabbit Hole.
One person tells you to cut out sugar. Another recommends 15 supplements. Someone else tells you there's nothing you can do. It's exhausting. You deserve clear, evidence based information that helps you understand what matters and what's appropriate for you.
Looking After Your Health Shouldn't Mean Putting Your Life On Hold.
You've already sacrificed enough time to cancer. Supporting your health shouldn't mean living on a restrictive diet or worrying about every decision. It should be about building realistic habits that allow you to feel good AND enjoy your life.
You've Got Too Much Life Left To Live To Leave Your Wellbeing As An Afterthought.
Whether you're fighting cancer right now or you've already kicked its arse, you deserve to have answers, be supported and confident in the choices you make. You can't guarantee what happens next, but you can choose to take an active role in looking after yourself.
You've Been Diagnosed With Cancer. But Where's The Manual For What Comes Next?
You're thrown into a world of appointments, treatments, specialists and medical terminology you never thought you'd need to understand.
Your life suddenly revolves around cancer.
And whether you're currently going through treatment or you've already kicked cancer's arse, you're left wondering what on earth you're supposed to do to support your health.
What should I eat?
What actually influences my risk of recurrence?
Should I be avoiding certain products?
How can I support my energy?
What can I do to look after my body?
And before you know it, you're down another Google rabbit hole with 15 tabs open and absolutely no idea who to believe.
You Didn't Fight This Hard Just To Spend Your Future Living In Fear.
If cancer has taught you anything, it's that life is far too short.
You've got people to love, places to see, memories to make and a whole lot of living left to do.
And you refuse to spend that precious time feeling powerless, confused or frightened of what might happen next.
But you're ready to take action on the things you can.
Because your life is worth living. And your health is worth fighting for.
There are lifestyle factors that can influence your long term health, and you deserve to understand them.
Because knowledge gives you choices and those choices give you the opportunity to take action.
You can learn how to nourish your body, build strength and support your energy.
You can improve your sleep, understand everyday environmental exposures.
You can create habits that help you feel healthier, stronger and more confident.
And you can do all of that while still enjoying your life.
Because what's the point of fighting so hard for your future if you're too frightened to enjoy it?
This is about living fully.

Your are in safe hands
This isn't just a career for me, it's personal.
When five members of my family were diagnosed with cancer, my world changed.
I saw firsthand the fear, uncertainty and overwhelming number of questions that come with a cancer diagnosis.
And I couldn't stop asking myself one question.
What can we actually do to support our health, instead of just relying on medical treatment?
That question led me to dedicate my career to understanding the factors that influence our health, the role of nutrition and lifestyle, and what the evidence tells us about supporting the body during treatment and recovery.
That's why I created Future Health.
To help you understand what you can do to support your body, alongside medical care, without fear, overwhelm or unrealistic promises.
My qualifications:
Environmental Medicine Practitioner
Health Coach
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) Practitioner
Member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners
Cancer Care Coach
What Makes Future Health Different?
You don't need another list of things you should be doing.
You've probably already spent hours researching nutrition, supplements, exercise and everything else you can think of to support your health.
Future Health isn't about overwhelming you with more information. It's about helping you take action.
Every week, you'll explore one important area of your health.
Every week, you'll have access to live coaching where you can ask questions and get clarity.
Every week, you'll walk away with practical steps you can start putting into action, at a pace that works for you.
Because the goal isn't to spend the next 16 weeks obsessing over your health.
It's to build habits that support your health so you can get on with living your life.
Your oncologist might explain your chemotherapy, surgery or radiotherapy in detail, but how much time is spent discussing nutrition, environmental exposures and the lifestyle factors that influence your long term health?
When you've been diagnosed with cancer, you should not be left in the dark about the things YOU can actually do to support your body, alongside your treatment.
Everything That Is Covered Within Future Health
16 Weeks to Take Back Control of Your Health and Fight for Your Future
-
Everything changes for you when you stop guessing and start understanding.
This is where you stop feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice and start getting clear on what actually matters. You'll discover what we'll be covering over the next 16 weeks, why it matters for your health, and how you can start taking meaningful action to support your body, whether you're undergoing treatment or rebuilding your health afterwards.
By the end of Week 1, you'll have:
✔ A clear understanding of how Future Health works and what the next 16 weeks will look like.
✔ The confidence to start taking action, rather than constantly second guessing what you should be doing.
✔ A better understanding of your body, your health and the lifestyle factors that can influence your wellbeing.
✔ A clear picture of where you're starting from, using your Lifestyle Wheel and Symptom Tracker.
✔ The reassurance that you no longer have to navigate endless conflicting advice or figure everything out on your own.
This is where things start to click.
No more drowning in information and wondering what on earth you're supposed to do with it.
You're finally starting to understand what matters, why it matters and what you can actually do about it.
Because whether you're going through treatment or you've already kicked cancer's arse, you deserve to feel informed, supported and ready to take action for your future health.
-
This is the week where you stop feeling like your health is entirely down to luck and start understanding what you can actually influence.
You'll discover how genetics, your environment and everyday lifestyle choices can affect your health, why prevention matters, and how the decisions you make today can help support your body for the future.
Because you've already been through enough. And HELL NO, you're not going to sit back without understanding what you can do.
By the end of Week 2, you'll have:
✔ A clear understanding of how your genes and environment interact and what that means for your health.
✔ The knowledge to recognise which lifestyle factors you can influence, even when so much feels outside your control.
✔ A new perspective on prevention that feels empowering rather than frightening.
✔ A deeper understanding of how small, consistent habits can support your long term health.
✔ Greater confidence in making informed decisions about your body, whether you're undergoing treatment or rebuilding your health afterwards.
This is the week where you start shifting your focus from everything you can't control to the things you can.
Because cancer has already taken enough of your time, energy and peace of mind.
You can't guarantee what happens next, and your diagnosis is not a reflection of the choices you've made.
But you can arm yourself with knowledge, take meaningful action and refuse to let fear dictate how you live your life.
-
This is the week where you start understanding just how much your blood sugar can influence the way you feel every single day.
You'll discover how blood sugar regulation affects your energy, metabolism and hormone health, and why keeping it stable can be an important part of supporting your overall wellbeing.
Because you've got enough to deal with without feeling exhausted, confused and overwhelmed by what you should be eating.
By the end of Week 3, you'll have:
✔ A clear understanding of how blood sugar affects your energy, metabolic health and the processes that can influence long term health.
✔ The confidence to build balanced meals that support steadier energy throughout the day.
✔ A healthier relationship with sugar, refined carbohydrates and sweeteners, without feeling like you have to cut out everything you enjoy.
✔ A better understanding of how protein, fibre and balanced meals can support your body, particularly during treatment and recovery.
✔ The ability to recognise your own eating patterns and make realistic changes that work for your body, appetite and treatment needs.
This is the week where food starts making sense again.
No more questioning every ingredient.
No more feeling guilty about what you've eaten.
And absolutely no more believing that one food choice is going to determine your future.
Instead, you'll understand how to nourish your body with confidence, without turning every meal into another source of stress.
Because food should be something that supports your health AND allows you to enjoy your life.
You've already got enough on your plate. Let's make what's actually on it a little easier to understand.
-
This is the week where you stop, take stock and realise just how much you've already learnt about supporting your health.
Because taking action doesn't mean constantly doing more.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is give yourself time to put what you've learnt into practice.
Whether you're currently undergoing treatment or rebuilding your health afterwards, this week is about finding your rhythm, recognising your progress and making sure the changes you're making actually work for YOU.
By the end of Week 4, you'll have:
✔ Taken a moment to reflect on your progress and celebrate the positive steps you've already taken.
✔ Revisited your Lifestyle Wheel and Symptom Tracker to understand what's changing and where you might need more support.
✔ Strengthened the habits you've started building, rather than feeling pressured to change everything overnight.
✔ Identified what's working for your body and what needs adjusting to fit your energy, treatment and everyday life.
✔ Built greater confidence in making small, consistent choices that support your long term wellbeing.
This is the week where you realise that taking care of your health doesn't have to mean turning your entire life upside down.
No pressure to be perfect.
No guilt if you've had a difficult week.
And no feeling like you're falling behind because your body needs rest.
You've already been through enough. Your health journey shouldn't feel like another battle you have to win.
This is about building habits that support your body, work with your circumstances and allow you to get on with living your life.
Because progress isn't about doing everything. It's about finding what works for you and making it last.been building over the last few weeks
✔ Greater confidence that these changes can become part of their everyday life
✔ A stronger foundation before moving into the next stage of the programme
This is the week where everything starts to become their new normal. Employees will move away from simply learning about health and begin living it, one small choice at a time. That's where lasting change begins.
-
This is the week where you start looking at food in a completely different way.
Because when you've been diagnosed with cancer, suddenly what you're putting into your body can feel more important than ever.
But with so much conflicting advice, how on earth are you supposed to know what's actually good for you?
You'll discover how everyday food choices can influence your long term health, what's really in some of the processed foods you're eating, and how to make informed decisions without becoming obsessed with every ingredient.
Because you've already got enough to worry about. Food shouldn't be another thing keeping you awake at night.
By the end of Week 5, you'll have:
✔ A clear understanding of which dietary patterns and foods are associated with better long term health, and why.
✔ The knowledge to recognise processed and ultra processed foods and understand which ingredients and products are worth paying attention to.
✔ A better understanding of carcinogens that can occur in certain foods or during cooking, and practical ways to reduce unnecessary exposure.
✔ The confidence to read food labels, question marketing claims and make informed choices without feeling overwhelmed.
✔ Practical ways to build nourishing meals around whole, nutrient dense foods that support your body, while adapting to your appetite and treatment needs.
This is the week where you stop feeling like you need a nutrition degree just to decide what to put in your shopping basket.
No more falling for every health claim.
No more cutting out entire food groups because someone on Instagram told you to.
And absolutely no more feeling guilty about every little thing you eat.
Instead, you'll understand what the evidence actually says and how to make food choices that support your health without taking the enjoyment out of eating.
Because you've already learnt just how precious life is. And you deserve to spend it enjoying good food, feeling informed and making the most of every bloody moment.
Your health matters. But so does living your life.
-
This is the week where you start understanding what your hormones are doing and why they matter for your health.
Because whether you're currently undergoing cancer treatment or you've already kicked cancer's arse, changes in your hormones can affect everything from your energy and sleep to your mood, metabolism and everyday wellbeing.
And when your body starts feeling different, you deserve to understand why.
You'll discover how hormones work, what can influence them and how to recognise changes that are worth discussing with your medical team.
Because you've been through enough without feeling like a stranger in your own body.
By the end of this week, you'll have:
✔ A clear understanding of how hormones work and why having too much or too little of certain hormones can affect your health.
✔ Greater confidence recognising changes in your body and understanding which symptoms deserve further investigation.
✔ A better understanding of what hormone blood tests can and cannot tell you, and why symptoms and medical history matter too.
✔ Practical, evidence based ways to support your general hormonal and metabolic health through nutrition, sleep, movement and everyday habits.
✔ A realistic plan to increase fibre where appropriate, support digestive health and understand how the body naturally processes and eliminates hormones.
This is the week where you stop brushing off every symptom and start understanding your body on a deeper level.
No more assuming that feeling exhausted, struggling with sleep or noticing changes in your body is something you simply have to put up with.
And no more guessing what your hormones are doing based on conflicting advice online.
You deserve answers. You deserve to understand your body. And you deserve to know which steps are actually worth taking.
Because your body has already been through a hell of a lot.
Now it's time to understand how to support it, safely and confidently, through treatment, recovery and beyond..
-
This is the week where you discover what your body is already doing behind the scenes to protect and support your health.
Because after everything your body has been through, you probably want to know one thing.
What can I actually do to help it?
You'll discover how your liver and other organs naturally process and eliminate waste and certain substances, what can affect these processes, and how to support your body without falling for expensive detox products or miracle cleanses.
Because your body doesn't need another extreme detox. It needs the right support.
By the end of this week, you'll have:
✔ A clear understanding of how your liver works and the important role it plays in processing substances, including certain medications and hormones.
✔ A better understanding of how your liver, kidneys and digestive system work together to process and eliminate waste.
✔ The knowledge to recognise everyday environmental exposures that may be worth reducing, without becoming frightened of everything around you.
✔ Practical ways to support your general liver health through appropriate nutrition, hydration, movement and everyday lifestyle habits.
✔ A realistic plan to reduce unnecessary exposures and build habits that work with your body, your energy levels and your medical treatment.
This is the week where you stop falling for the idea that you need to cleanse your body to be healthy.
No expensive detox teas.
No juice cleanses.
No supplements promising to flush out toxins.
Just an understanding of how your body actually works and what the evidence says about supporting it.
Because whether you're currently undergoing treatment or rebuilding your health afterwards, you've already got enough to deal with.
You don't need another complicated routine or a cupboard full of products.
You need knowledge, confidence and practical steps that help you look after the body that's carrying you through it all.
And after everything you've been through, your body deserves that support.
-
This is the week where you take a moment to recognise just how far you've come.
Because looking after your health isn't about constantly doing more, learning more or changing more.
It's about making the things you've learnt part of your life, without letting them take over your life.
Whether you're currently undergoing treatment or rebuilding your health afterwards, this week gives you the space to reflect, reset and focus on what works for YOU.
By the end of Week 8, you'll have:
✔ Taken a moment to reflect on your progress and celebrate the positive changes you've already made.
✔ Strengthened the habits that are starting to feel like a natural part of your everyday routine.
✔ Identified what's working for your body and where you might need to make adjustments or get extra support.
✔ Built greater confidence in your ability to stay consistent, even when life or treatment doesn't go to plan.
✔ Created a stronger foundation for the next stage of Future Health, with habits that feel realistic and sustainable.
This is the week where you realise you don't have to do everything perfectly to make progress.
Some weeks you'll have more energy. Other weeks, simply getting through the day will be enough.
And that's okay.
No guilt. No pressure. No feeling like you've failed because you needed to rest.
You've already fought enough battles. Looking after your health shouldn't become another one.
This is about building a way of living that supports your body and gives you more time and energy for the things that actually matter.
Because the goal isn't to spend your life obsessing over your health. It's to support your health so you can get on with living your bloody life.
-
This is the week where you stop thinking about exercise as something you should be doing and start understanding just how important movement can be for your health, strength and recovery.
Because whether you're currently going through cancer treatment or you've already kicked cancer's arse, your body has been through a hell of a lot.
And now it's about understanding how to support it, rebuild strength where possible and feel more confident in what your body can do.
You'll discover why maintaining muscle matters, how movement can support your energy and wellbeing, and how to exercise safely at a level that's right for you.
Because exercise isn't about punishing your body. It's about supporting it.
By the end of Week 9, you'll have:
✔ A clear understanding of why muscle strength matters for your long term health, physical function and recovery.
✔ The confidence to move your body in ways that support your health rather than leave you feeling completely exhausted.
✔ A better understanding of how protein and movement work together to help maintain muscle and support recovery.
✔ Practical ways to introduce strength building and everyday movement that fit your energy levels, abilities and treatment needs.
✔ A new appreciation for exercise as a way to support your health, independence and quality of life, rather than simply burn calories.
This is the week where movement stops being about how your body looks and starts being about everything you want your body to help you DO.
Walking along the beach.
Playing with your children or grandchildren.
Travelling.
Dancing.
Getting out of bed feeling stronger and more capable.
Because you've got far too much life left to live to spend it worrying about calories burned or numbers on a scale.
You want a body that supports you in doing the things you love.
And while you can't control everything your body goes through, you can learn how to support its strength and function in ways that are safe and appropriate for you.
This isn't about pushing harder. It's about giving yourself the best opportunity to keep doing the things that make life worth living.
-
This is the week where you start questioning what's actually in the products you're using every single day.
Because when you've been diagnosed with cancer, it's natural to start looking at your environment differently.
Your skincare. Your cleaning products. Your food packaging. Even the air you're breathing.
But how do you know what's genuinely worth worrying about and what's just another scary headline?
You'll discover how certain environmental exposures can affect your health, where you may be coming into contact with them and which changes are actually worth making.
Because you've already got enough uncertainty in your life. You deserve facts, not fear.
By the end of Week 10, you'll have:
✔ A clear understanding of how certain environmental chemicals can affect the body and why the type, amount and duration of exposure matter.
✔ Greater confidence recognising potential exposures in your home, personal care products and everyday environment.
✔ Evidence informed product recommendations to help you make more considered choices without spending hours researching every ingredient.
✔ Practical ways to reduce unnecessary exposure to substances of concern without throwing away everything you own or spending a fortune.
✔ A personalised starting point with realistic changes that fit your lifestyle, priorities and budget.
This is the week where you stop feeling like you need to question every single product in your home.
No more falling for frightening claims about everyday ingredients.
No more spending hours Googling whether your shampoo, deodorant or cleaning spray is safe.
And absolutely no more feeling like you have to live in a perfectly chemical free bubble to protect your health.
You can't control every exposure. And you certainly can't eliminate every risk.
But you CAN understand which exposures have meaningful evidence behind them and make informed choices about the things within your control.
Because after everything you've been through, you deserve to feel confident about the products you're choosing, not frightened of the world around you.
This isn't about perfection.
It's about knowledge, practical action and getting back to living your bloody life.
-
This is the week where you discover one of the most overlooked systems in your body and why it deserves your attention.
Because whether you're currently going through cancer treatment or you've already kicked cancer's arse, understanding how your body works can help you feel more confident about looking after it.
Your lymphatic system plays an important role in immune function, fluid balance and transporting waste products away from your tissues.
But how much do you actually know about it?
You'll discover what your lymphatic system does, how it works alongside your immune system and the everyday habits that can help support its normal function.
Because your body is doing an incredible amount behind the scenes. And you deserve to understand how to support it.
By the end of this week, you'll have:
✔ A clear understanding of what your lymphatic system is, how it works and why it matters for your health.
✔ A better understanding of how your lymphatic system works alongside your immune system to help protect your body.
✔ The knowledge to understand why movement and muscle contractions play an important role in healthy lymph flow.
✔ Practical ways to support normal lymphatic function through appropriate movement, hydration and everyday habits.
✔ A realistic plan to introduce simple habits that suit your body, energy levels and treatment or recovery needs.
This is the week where you start appreciating just how much your body does for you every single day.
No complicated routines.
No expensive products promising to flush out toxins.
And no pressure to do anything your body isn't ready for.
Just a better understanding of how your lymphatic system works and the simple things you can do to support your overall wellbeing.
Because your body has already been through a hell of a lot.
And whether you're still in treatment or finding your feet afterwards, you deserve to feel informed, supported and confident in how you look after it.
You've got far too much life left to live to spend it feeling lost about your health.
-
This is the week where you take a moment to look back and realise just how much you've learnt about your body and your health.
Because you've spent the last 12 weeks learning things you may never have been taught before.
And now it's time to make sure that knowledge becomes something you can actually use for the rest of your life.
Because what's the point of learning how to support your health if it doesn't fit into the life you want to live?
This week is about slowing down, recognising your progress and strengthening the habits that work for YOU.
By the end of Week 12, you'll have:
✔ Taken a moment to reflect on your journey and celebrate the positive changes you've already made.
✔ Identified which habits are becoming second nature and which ones might need a little more attention.
✔ Refined your daily routine so it supports your health without taking over your life.
✔ Built greater confidence in your ability to make informed choices, even when your energy, treatment or circumstances change.
✔ Created a strong foundation before moving into the final stage of Future Health.
This is the week where you realise that looking after your health doesn't have to be complicated.
You don't need to get everything right.
You don't need to follow a perfect routine.
And you certainly don't need to spend every waking moment thinking about cancer.
You've already given cancer enough of your time.
Now it's about making the habits you've learnt work for you, so you can spend more time doing the things you actually love.
Because the goal was never to become obsessed with being healthy.
The goal is to support your health so you can get on with living your life.
-
This is the week where you discover why sleep deserves just as much attention as your nutrition, movement and everyday habits.
Because whether you're currently undergoing cancer treatment or you've already kicked cancer's arse, your body has been through a hell of a lot. And getting the rest you need matters.
Sleep plays an important role in supporting your immune system, regulating hormones, maintaining metabolic health and helping your body recover from the demands of everyday life.
But when you're dealing with stress, treatment side effects or worries about the future, getting a good night's sleep isn't always easy.
And the last thing you need is another night lying awake, exhausted but unable to switch off.
By the end of Week 13, you'll have:
✔ A clear understanding of why quality sleep matters for your immune function, hormone health, energy and long term wellbeing.
✔ The confidence to create a realistic bedtime routine that supports better sleep, even when life or treatment makes things unpredictable.
✔ Practical ways to make your bedroom a more comfortable, restful environment.
✔ A better understanding of how light, screens, stress and everyday habits can influence your sleep.
✔ Simple, evidence based strategies to improve your sleep habits and give yourself a better opportunity to wake feeling rested and refreshed.
This is the week where you stop treating sleep like something you'll get around to when everything else is done.
No more feeling guilty for needing an early night.
No more thinking you should be doing something productive when your body is asking for rest.
And no more believing that pushing through exhaustion is a sign of strength.
You've already been through enough. You don't need to earn the right to rest.
Because looking after your health isn't always about doing more.
Sometimes it's about switching off, slowing down and giving your body the opportunity to recover.
You've got far too much life left to live to spend it running on empty.
And getting the rest you need is one way to support yourself through treatment, recovery and beyond.
-
This is the week where you realise that looking after your mental and emotional wellbeing is just as important as looking after your physical health.
Because let's face it. Cancer doesn't just affect your body. It can turn your entire world upside down.
The fear. The uncertainty. The appointments. The pressure to stay positive. The expectation that you should somehow carry on as normal when your life feels anything but normal.
And whether you're currently going through treatment or you've already kicked cancer's arse, the emotional impact doesn't always disappear.
You've already been through enough. You shouldn't have to spend the rest of your life running on empty, putting everyone else first or feeling guilty for needing a break.
This week is about understanding how stress affects your wellbeing, recognising what drains your energy and learning practical ways to protect your peace of mind.
By the end of Week 14, you'll have:
✔ A deeper understanding of how stress, emotions and your everyday environment can influence your mental and physical wellbeing.
✔ Practical strategies to manage worry, uncertainty and everyday stress without feeling pressured to be positive all the time.
✔ Greater confidence setting boundaries, saying no and protecting your energy when you need it most.
✔ Simple daily habits to support your emotional resilience and help you feel more grounded during difficult moments.
✔ A clearer understanding of what restores your energy, what leaves you feeling drained and how to make more room for the things that bring you joy.
This is the week where you stop feeling guilty for putting yourself first.
No more believing you have to be strong every second of the day.
No more saying yes when every part of you wants to say no.
And absolutely no more feeling like you owe everyone a positive attitude just because you're going through cancer or have finished treatment.
You're allowed to have difficult days. You're allowed to be scared. And you're allowed to put your own needs first.
Because looking after your emotional wellbeing isn't about pretending everything is fine.
It's about giving yourself the support, space and tools to navigate whatever life throws at you.
Cancer has already demanded enough from you. It doesn't get to claim every moment of joy, peace and happiness in your future.
You've got far too much life left to live.
And you deserve to spend more of it actually enjoying yourself, not just getting through each day.
-
This is the week where you realise that looking after your health isn't just about what you eat, how much you exercise or the products you use.
It's also about protecting your peace, your energy and the life you've fought so bloody hard for.
Because cancer has already taken enough from you.
Your time. Your energy. Your sense of normality. And sometimes, your peace of mind.
Whether you're currently going through treatment or you've already kicked cancer's arse, the last thing you need is to spend your days feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and pulled in a hundred different directions.
You'll discover how chronic stress can affect your body, why rest and recovery matter, and how to start creating a life that supports your mental and physical wellbeing.
Because you've got far too much life left to live to spend it constantly running on empty.
By the end of this week, you'll have:
✔ A clearer understanding of how chronic stress affects your nervous system, sleep, energy and overall wellbeing.
✔ Greater confidence recognising the situations, habits and relationships that consistently leave you feeling drained.
✔ A better understanding of why rest, recovery and supporting your nervous system matter, particularly during cancer treatment and recovery.
✔ Practical tools to manage everyday stress, set healthier boundaries and stop feeling guilty for putting yourself first.
✔ A personalised plan to protect your peace, make time for recovery and create more space for the things and people that genuinely make you happy.
This is the week where you stop treating stress as something you just have to put up with.
No more saying yes to everything when you're already exhausted.
No more feeling guilty for needing time to yourself.
And absolutely no more believing that everyone else's needs should come before your own.
You've already been through enough. You don't owe the world every last bit of your energy.
You're allowed to slow down.
You're allowed to set boundaries.
And you're allowed to build a life that feels good to live, not just one you're constantly trying to keep up with.
Because protecting your peace isn't selfish. It's part of looking after yourself.
And after everything you've been through?
You deserve a future filled with more living, more laughter and a hell of a lot less unnecessary stress.
-
This is where everything comes together.
16 weeks ago, you might have been feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice, unsure what you could actually do to support your health and wondering where on earth to start.
Look how far you've come.
You've spent the last 16 weeks learning about your body, understanding the lifestyle factors that influence your wellbeing and building habits that work for YOU.
And now it's time to bring everything together.
You'll discover how your immune system works, why it matters for your health and how nutrition, movement, sleep and everyday habits can support its normal function.
Most importantly, you'll create a realistic plan to take everything you've learnt into the next chapter of your life.
Because you didn't come this far just to go back to feeling lost about your health.
By the end of Week 16, you'll have:
✔ A clear picture of how far you've come, using your Lifestyle Wheel and Symptom Tracker to reflect on your progress.
✔ A personalised long term health plan that feels realistic, achievable and sustainable, whether you're undergoing treatment or rebuilding your health afterwards.
✔ A better understanding of how your immune system works and the everyday habits that support healthy immune function.
✔ Greater confidence maintaining the changes that have made a positive difference to your wellbeing.
✔ A clear understanding of how nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and environmental factors work together to support your overall health.
✔ The knowledge and practical tools to continue making informed decisions about your health, without constantly second guessing yourself.
This is the week where you realise just how much has changed.
Not because you've found some miracle cure.
Not because you can control everything that happens to your body.
And certainly not because you have to spend the rest of your life following a perfect routine.
But because you now understand your health in a way you didn't before.
You know which habits are worth prioritising.
You know how to make informed choices.
And you know how to support your body without letting your entire life revolve around cancer.
Whether you're still fighting cancer or you've already kicked its arse, you've got far too much life left to live to spend it feeling powerless.
You can't control everything your future holds.
But you can take an active role in how you look after yourself.
And that's exactly what you've spent the last 16 weeks learning to do.
This isn't the end of Future Health.
It's the beginning of a future where you feel more informed, more confident and ready to get on with living your bloody life.
