Why I Am The One You Need
Cancer has shaped my life far earlier than it should have. Five members of my family have been diagnosed with cancer. Watching people I love become unwell, some far too young, changed the way I view health forever.
It made me realise something most people are never taught:
Cancer doesn’t begin the day you’re diagnosed. It develops quietly over years, influenced by hormones, chronic stress, inflammation, nutrition, toxic exposure and the way the body is supported day to day.
I’ve also lived the personal side of this journey.
While running two businesses, I pushed through exhaustion, ignored warning signs and normalised stress — until my body began to shut down. I lost my periods, developed kidney issues and was repeatedly dismissed by doctors.
Being told “why does it matter if you don’t have periods?” was the moment everything changed. I refused to accept that women should wait until something goes wrong before being taken seriously.
Today, I combine lived experience with professional training in health coaching and environmental medicine to help women understand their bodies earlier — before imbalance becomes illness.
My work is my purpose to protect the future of women’s health. Focusing on prevention, hormone health, nutrition, stress physiology and reducing toxic load.

I work with women diagnosed, in remission and also those who are not diagnosed. Women who know they want a different future and don’t want to wait for something to go wrong.

No. This is about supporting your body alongside any medical care, or before you ever need it. It focuses on what you do daily that influences your long term health.
How is this different from other health programmes?
This isn’t generic advice. Everything is built around your body, your history, your lifestyle. You’re not left trying to figure out what applies to you. You know exactly what matters and what doesn’t.
Why do you focus on things like toxins, hormones and lifestyle?
Because cancer doesn’t start overnight. It builds over time through stress, inflammation, hormone imbalance and environmental exposure. When you understand and support these areas, you change the environment your body is working in.
Do I really need testing?
