Cancer Recovery & Recurrence Reduction Programme
Supporting employees after cancer treatment through nutrition, lifestyle education, recovery support and healthy habit building.
Recovery doesn't end when treatment finishes.
For many people, this is when the questions begin.
How do I look after myself now?
What actually reduces my risk?
Who do I trust?
This programme gives employees a structured, nutrition and lifestyle education programme designed to support recovery after cancer treatment and help them build habits that support their long term health and reduce the risk of cancer coming back.
The Problem
Most organisations do an incredible job supporting employees through treatment.
Though support often disappears once treatment ends.
Many employees return to work carrying:
Fear of recurrence
Confusion
Information overload
Fatigue
A loss of confidence in their body.
And they are expected to get back to normal.
Many never feel normal again.
Why This Matters To Employers
Cancer affects far more than physical health.
Employees returning after treatment often experience many health issues following their treatment and employers face the consequences of this.
Supporting recovery improves the wellbeing of employees and helps people feel valued long after treatment has finished.

Did you know?
Over 400,000 people are diagnosed with cancer every year in the UK.
With cancer rates continuing to rise, more employees than ever before are navigating life after treatment and returning to the workplace.
Around 1 in 2 people in the UK will develop cancer during their lifetime.
Supporting employees affected by cancer is no longer a rare workplace issue—it's becoming an essential part of employee wellbeing.
Fear of cancer recurrence is one of the most common unmet needs after treatment.
For many people, the emotional impact doesn't end when treatment finishes. The uncertainty can affect confidence, wellbeing and everyday life, including returning to work.
Cancer costs the UK economy more than £10 billion every year in lost productivity due to premature deaths alone.
Cancer has a greater impact on economic productivity than heart disease, respiratory disease and digestive diseases combined
Breast cancer alone is estimated to cost the UK economy around £2.8 billion each year.
Around £1.8 billion of this comes from lost productivity, including time away from work, reduced working hours and early retirement.
The need for support doesn't end when treatment does.
Many people return to work while still managing fatigue, cognitive changes, anxiety and concerns about recurrence. Supporting employees beyond treatment helps them rebuild confidence and navigate the transition back into work
