Meet Chloe, Founder of Cloco Health
Hi, I’m Chloe.
A Cancer Specialist, Certified Health Coach and Environmental Medicine Practitioner with a deep focus on cancer prevention, recovery and longevity.
I work with organisations that understand a healthy workforce is the foundation of a successful business.
I support companies to take a more proactive approach to employee health through cancer prevention education and dedicated support for employees returning to work after cancer treatment.
My journey into this work is personal.
Growing up, I witnessed several members of my family diagnosed with cancer, many of whom passed away at a young age. It changed how I understood health and made me question why we often wait until something goes wrong before taking it seriously.
When my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer for the second time, she made changes to her nutrition, lifestyle and environment. During that period, her cancer began to shrink.
That experience led me to dedicate my career to understanding cancer risk factors and the role our everyday choices can play in protecting long term health.
Before moving into health, I was also a business owner. I built and ran two businesses independently and experienced first hand what happens when work constantly comes before wellbeing.
Long hours, chronic stress and under fuelling eventually took a toll on my own health. I lost my periods completely and developed kidney related health concerns.
I understand the pressures of running a business. The deadlines, the responsibilities and the constant expectation to perform. I also understand how easily health becomes something we promise ourselves we will prioritise later.
And that is exactly why I believe cancer prevention belongs in the workplace.
Employees spend a huge part of their lives at work. Their working environment, daily routines and access to health education can influence how they look after themselves.
Yet for many organisations, conversations around cancer only begin when an employee receives a diagnosis.
Through Cloco Health, I work with organisations to bring practical cancer prevention education into the workplace, helping employees understand the lifestyle factors that influence their long term health and make informed choices that may reduce their risk.
I also support businesses navigating one of the most overlooked stages of cancer care: the return to work after treatment.
Because an employee returning to their desk does not mean their recovery is complete.
They may still be managing fatigue, changes to their confidence, anxiety and the physical effects of treatment.
Through our FUTURE HEALTH Cancer Recovery Programme, we provide structured education and coaching to help employees rebuild healthy habits, support their recovery and feel more confident moving forward.
For employers, this means having specialist support available for their people at a time when they need it most.
A business can have the strongest strategy, the biggest ambitions and the most talented people. But without their health, none of it matters.
Your people are your business. Their health deserves to be protected.
